American Idol and the presidential campaign....

Well my idol faves are still in the running. I wasn't suprised that Amy, Garrett and the plus sized model were booted (sorry I cannot remember her name!), but I was a bit surprised that Colton was given the boot. He wasn't the worst singer by a long shot, even though he wasn't one of my favorites.

Then there is this big election coming up in November. I caught a bit of the democratic debate the other night. I've been an Obama supporter from the get go, but honestly I would vote for either one...I was almost equally impressed with each of them by the conclusion of the debate. It's too bad they can't both be president. Hillobama....OR Obamillary...

I just do not want McCain to be our president...and it has nothing to do with the latest scandal...I just don't have a good feeling about where things would be headed if that happened.
