So far so good...

I've been doing phase 2 of South Beach this week and it's going well so far. I've been slowly adding in a few healthy carbs and I haven't gained any weight back (haven't lost either but that is expected) and the cravings haven't returned. I get nervous with each carb I add, wondering if this is the carb that will be my downfall! I feel alot better physically this week than last week.

I did cheat last night and had a small serving of potato salad. I decided that I would try it and if today was bad...craving wise...I'd know the cause and know what to avoid.

This weekend will be a challenge. I hope to have control but I do plan on having some alcohol here and there (allowed)...so we'll see how it all goes.
