What if you only had 6 months left to live?

This was another facebook interview question that stumped me. My "off the cuff" answer without giving it much thought was "quit my job."

Assuming that the reason I only have 6 months left to live is because of health reasons, I would need health insurance, which means I would have to keep working until some sort of disability kicks in...

So...the first thing I would do would be to check on how to get disability, then go on disability and then spend my last 6 months doing the things that I never have time to do now:

1. Make that original wall sized photo collage that I've been planning for years
2. Read all the books that are sitting on my "to be read" shelves
3. Watch sad movies
4. write letters to all my friends and family
5. Cry (seriously who has time to cry when they work full time)
6. Travel places for the sole purpose of taking pictures

Listing all of the things I would do if ____________(fill in the blank: I had more money, more time, or knew I was dying or all of the above) is a wake up call to remind me that I am a big waster of time...there is no reason why I can't do these things now!
